Filling ingredients
50 g Dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
80 g Salami in strips
100 g Basilico tomato sauce
100 g Cheese mixture (grated)

1 Pcs. rectangular rolled out pizza dough
0.5 Tbsp Flour
20 g Cheese mixture (grated)

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a filling
  2. Shape the pizza dough into a roll, divide into 12 portions and shape into balls.
  3. Roll out the dough pieces on a little flour (each approx. 15 cm in diameter).
  4. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the middle of each round, shape into balls and press down firmly.
  5. Place the dough balls with the seal facing downwards on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that they are slightly touching each other
  6. Sprinkle the pizza balls with oregano & cheese.
  7. Bake for approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200 °C.
