We use so-called tracking links, e.g. for Google Analytics, for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our website in line with requirements and controlling advertising measures on external platforms

You have the option of blocking all tracking links for the browser you are using. To find out more, please contact the provider of your browser directly.

Tracking links are used for:

Web analytics tools

We use the web analysis service of Google Analytics for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our website to meet your needs. In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and small text files stored on your computer («cookies») are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to the servers of the providers of these services, stored there and processed for us. In addition to the data listed under point 1, we may receive the following information:

Navigation path that a visitor takes on the site,

Duration spent on the website or subpage,

the subpage on which the website is left,

the country, region or city from which access is made,

End device (type, version, color depth, resolution, width and height of the browser window) and

Returning or new visitor

The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage for the purposes of market research and the needs-based design of this website. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf

Google Analytics

The provider of Google Analytics is Google Inc, a company of the holding company Alphabet Inc, based in the USA. Before the data is transmitted to the provider, the IP address is shortened by activating IP anonymization («anonymizeIP») on this website within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In these cases, we ensure through contractual guarantees that Google Inc. complies with an adequate level of data protection. According to Google Inc., under no circumstances will the IP address be associated with other data relating to the user

For more information about the web analytics service used, please visit the Google Analytics website. Instructions on how you can prevent your data from being processed by the web analysis service can be found at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager for our website. Google Tag Manager is a solution with which we can manage so-called website tags via an interface and thus integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering, for example.

The Tag Manager itself, which implements the tags, does not process any personal user data. With regard to the processing of users' personal data, please refer to the following information on Google services. Usage guidelines: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

Google Ads

We use the Google Ads customer match (Google Customer Match). It is a function within Google Ads that helps us to reach prospective and existing customers in Google Search, in the Google Shopping tab, in Gmail, on YouTube and in the Google networks for advertisements more effectively and to address them in a personalized manner. Google Ads customer matching is used in particular for remarketing, optimizing campaigns and increasing the conversion rate.</p

The personalization of Google advertising is based on the assignment to a target group and is carried out by Google using the information from your Google account and on the basis of the activities and interests that take place when you use Google products and Google advertising partners. As a Google advertising partner, the use of Google Ads customer matching enables us to target you more precisely and ensures, for example, that the advertising displayed via Google Ads is tailored more precisely to the target group-specific interests that result from your use of our store. Google Ads customer matching does not require any separate cookies for this. Google requires a list of customer data from us in order to be able to track whether you are already known to Google as a user. However, no profiles are created or expanded. Google does not receive your actual data (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), but only so-called hashed codes, which are created using one-way encryption. Google compares these hashed codes with its own user database. Google cannot decrypt these codes again as long as the corresponding data is not already available in its own user database. As a result, Google does not receive the customer data uploaded, but can only determine whether the data is already available at Google or not. If the data is not available at Google, the hashed codes created on the basis of the customer data cannot be decrypted again. Otherwise, the codes already known to Google and the hashed codes will match and an assignment for the creation of target groups is possible. Once the target groups have been created, the uploaded data is deleted.

We use the Hotjar software (http://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe) to improve the user experience on our website. Hotjar enables us to measure and evaluate user behavior (mouse movements, clicks, scroll height, etc.) on our website. For this purpose, Hotjar places cookies on users' end devices and can store user data such as browser information, operating system, time spent on the page, etc. You can find out more about data processing by Hotjar at www.hotjar.com/privacy.

Facebook pixel

We use the Facebook pixel from Facebook on our website. We have implemented a code on our website for this purpose. The Facebook pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that contains a collection of functions with which Facebook can track your user actions if you have come to our website via Facebook ads. For example, if you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies enable Facebook to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with the data of your Facebook account. Facebook then deletes this data again. The data collected is anonymous and cannot be viewed by us and can only be used in the context of ad placements. If you are a Facebook user and are logged in, your visit to our website is automatically assigned to your Facebook user account

We only want to show our services and products to people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook pixels, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. This means that Facebook users (provided they have allowed personalized advertising) see suitable advertising. Furthermore, Facebook uses the data collected for analysis purposes and its own advertisements.

Different cookies are set depending on the interaction on our website

The cookies relate to individual user behavior. Especially when using cookies, changes on Facebook can never be ruled out.

If you are logged in to Facebook, you can change your settings for advertisements yourself at http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1#!/https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen . If you are not a Facebook user, you can manage your usage-based online advertising at http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1# http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/?tid=231579493877 in principle. There you have the option of deactivating or activating providers.

If you want to find out more about Facebook's data protection, we recommend that you read the company's own data policy at http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1#!/https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

With regard to the processing of your credit card information by these third parties, please also read the General Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy of your credit card issuer
