100 g Coconut sugar
150 ml Coconut milk
60 ml Water
0.5 tsp Coconut extract
2 Pcs. Espresso
2 tbsp Coconut syrup
150 ml foamed milk

Preparation of syrup

  1. To make the coconut syrup, mix the water, coconut milk and coconut sugar together and heat everything over a medium heat.
  2. Stir regularly until the sugar caramelizes and the mixture bubbles slightly.
  3. Remove the syrup from the heat and leave to cool completely.


  1. Froth the milk & brew the espresso.
  2. Refine the espresso with the coconut syrup.
  3. Pour the frothed milk into a tall glass and then pour the espresso and syrup mixture through the milk.
  4. Add the desired topping and enjoy.
