Preparation

Mix the strawberries with the honey and lemon juice, cover and chill.

Mix the mascarpone with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth. Then stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon balm.

Pour the strawberries into glasses, top with the lemon balm and mascarpone cream and garnish.
Tips

The cream can be prepared 1 day in advance. Simply cover and refrigerate afterwards.

Marinate the strawberries 1-2 hours in advance and cover and chill.
