Preparation

Mix all the ingredients into a filling

Shape the pizza dough into a roll, divide into 12 portions and shape into balls.

Roll out the dough pieces on a little flour (each approx. 15 cm in diameter).

Place 2 tbsp of filling in the middle of each round, shape into balls and press down firmly.

5.
Place the dough balls with the seal facing downwards on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that they are slightly touching each other

6.
Sprinkle the pizza balls with oregano & cheese.

7.
Bake for approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200 °C.
