Brownie waffles with fresh berries

100 g Dark chocolate
100 g Butter
2 Pcs. Eggs
75 g Sugar
1 Pinch Salt
75 g Flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
15 g Cocoa powder
50 ml Espresso, cooled
75 g Sour half cream
For the topping
Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries and/or strawberries)
Whipped cream / Cream
Brownie waffles with fresh berries

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a water bath, then allow to cool.
  2. Whisk the eggs into the chocolate and butter mixture.
  3. Stir the espresso into the chocolate and butter mixture.
  4. Mix the sugar, salt, flour, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl and stir into the chocolate mixture spoonful by spoonful, alternating with sour cream, until a thick dough forms.
  5. Preheat the waffle iron and brush thoroughly with oil using a pastry brush.
  6. Bake the chocolate dough in portions to make waffles, then leave the waffles to cool on a wire rack.
  7. Whip the cream until stiff
  8. Decorate the brownie waffles with fresh berries and whipped cream, then serve.
